My experience was very disappointing. During the negotiation, I was told the total price of the car was one amount, but when I reviewed the financing agreement, the financed amount was significantly higher. In addition, several fees and charges were included that were not clearly disclosed during the sales process, which greatly increased the overall cost of the financing. I was left with the impression that the process lacked transparency and honesty. I believe all costs, fees, and financing terms should be explained clearly before a customer signs the contract, so they know exactly what they are agreeing to. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and for that reason, I cannot recommend this dealership.

Dean was my salesperson and he was awesome. He was very honest with me from the start and was so helpful throughout the process of purchasing. Everyone in the dealership were extremely nice and took me seriously from the moment I walked in the door. They listened to what I wanted and they went out of their way to make sure I got I what I always asking for and not once did they try to sell me anything else.
