This has nothing to do with the salesman, everything to do with management. As a prior person in the car business, stay away from this dealership. I drove from NY to this dealership without stopping, about a two day drive straight. Upon arrival the manager didn’t come talk to us, didn’t even look at my trade, put 100 less than poor value and it’s been babied and garage kept, their Navigator Lincoln had the paint blasted off the top from detail, cam phasers sounded bad and they wanted 1000 over the value of a ticking time bomb. This dealership is lazy and greedy, and regardless of what they tell you about “servicing before putting them on the lot” is a stretch. I would find elsewhere to buy a vehicle.
