Extremely frustrating experience with Don Jackson. The advertised price is misleading — once you sit down, they pile on junk fees everywhere. Nearly $2,000 in add-ons like window etching, paint protection, and other items I never asked for. I had to push hard just to get those removed. Then they insisted on a $995 “processing fee” (plus $145 inspection), which is clearly just profit and they refused to budge at all. When I pointed out a legitimate issue with a defective tire (requiring both tires on the axle to be replaced), I asked for a reasonable $600 adjustment — they flat-out refused. Two days later, they dropped the price by $500 anyway. This is not a transparent dealership — it’s a fee-driven, take-it-or-leave-it approach. I walked away and would strongly caution others before doing business here.

We had a fantastic experience buying our daughter’s first car from T&C Motors in Cumming. We purchased a beautiful 2011 Acura MDX that was in wonderful condition. Kim was our primary contact and was great to work with. Professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. John also stepped in and worked with us to arrive at a price we were both happy with. They were completely supportive of us doing a pre-purchase inspection and were always willing to help and answer questions. Highly recommend T&C Motors if you’re looking for an honest, low-pressure, and pleasant car-buying experience.

My experience with 369motors was great. Chad and Dean were very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. They were very accommodating in my situation. Due to the amount of negative equity in my present vehicle I was not able to make a purchase with them. Once my vehicle is paid off. I will return to Chad an Dean for my future vehicle needs.
