Had a next day appointment and when I showed up to discuss trading in my X5 for a newer model, wanted to properly test drive the vehicle but couldn't because there was no gas in but was able to drive it around the tiny parking lot and never got out of second gear. Wasted my time driving 30 minutes out of my way. UNPROFESSIONAL. They then had the gall to try contacting to come back. I WILL NOT give this place my business and now shopping elsewhere. Good luck to those who shop there.

poor customer service. it took about 15 minutes for any sales rep to approach you in the lot. then refused to negotiate any deals on a vehicle with high mileage and many dinks and missing items. very dry interaction

I purchased an Audi A6 from this dealer and they are amazing! They really worked with me on what I wanted and truly cared for me as a customer. I told them my budget and they did everything they could to make it happen for me. Typically when I go to a dealership I feel pressured to buy a car and often times I feel like they are scamming me with all the fees they create, however this place is the complete opposite! They have no hidden fees and really care about customer experience. If I need a car in the future I will come here because they always have a great selection! Their customer service is amazing.
