I texted him and told him I was running alittle late that I was coming from davenport he said it was ok and would wait for me to get there when I got there he was in his car waiting and as he seen me pull in he drove off and left and I know he seen me cuz he looked right at me I called him on his cell and he was very rude.

We dealt with Rhett and Ethan for our purchase and both were absolutely wonderful to work with. Rhett took us for our test drive and was very transparent that he had to jump start the vehicle since it hadn't been started in a few days but let us know if it was a battery issue, they would put in a new one. Ethan got us a great deal with financing and they both were super to work with. I have been recommending to friends and family because our experience was above and beyond what we expected and how we've been treated with other car salesmen. I think we found our "forever dealership"!!

We made an appointment to look at the Ridgeline and were told the vehicle would be ready for us to look at when we arrived. We drove one and half hours to find out the vehicle had been loaned to a customer while his vehicle was being serviced for 3 days and it wasn’t back. Evidently communication is not their forte. We will not be returning.
