I wouldn't buy from this place based on my personal experience. Dealing with them over the phone was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. The moment I made a lower offer on a car, it felt like they took it personally rather than treating it like a normal part of negotiating. We're all trying to save money and make money, and meeting somewhere in the middle would've been fair. Instead, the interaction came off as rude and dismissive, which completely turned me off from doing business with them.

I asked them up front about any additional costs after I read other reviews. They assured me the price is accurate with the exception of tax and licensing. I went there ready to pay cash but they told me there was an additional $3000 charge for dealer accessories. Paint protection ( commonly called mop and glow by the dealerships and LoJack they were $1500 each. They refused to remove them and didn’t seem to have a problem waiting my time and lying since I asked them up front. I do not recommend this dealer in any way.

The staff at Upgrade Auto were great but the price wasn't transparent. They presented a discount for the vehicle then mandated a year warranty increased the price exponentially.
