Had a great buying experience at this dealership. Submitted an inquiry with CarGurus and withing a few minutes Christine contacted me and provided me all the details about the truck. We did some preliminary checks and I made an appointment to come in the next day. Christine was responsive and provided great customer service and answered my questions even after the dealer closed and she had gone home for the night. Next day I drove 8 hrs to sign the paperwork and pick up the truck. The whole process only took a couple of hours and we were on our way. Thanks again to the team at Gridley Country Ford.

Very poor experience I do not recommend they added warranties and oil changes without my approval to make cost go up by thousands when asked Financing manager why he said he’s not making a lot of money of this deal very shady steer clear of them. I’m sure they done this practice to many others who didn’t notice or were stuck after they signed the contract.
