I feel like they could've taken a little bit better care of me on my purchase. before I left the lot a light came on my dash, I backed up and told them. We shut the vehicle off, the light went off but then came back on a few miles down the road. it never did it on the test drive or I wouldn't have bought it. I paid the asking price on the vehicle, they did however put a new tire on and when that tire came in they tested the battery, it was fine but they replaced it anyway. I do appreciate these things but when trying to figure out why my auto stop/start system is a fail, I felt they kinda just sent me on my way and finally gave me the name of a mechanic who takes the extended warranty I purchased but all this means is I'll be without a vehicle while it's in the shop. i was told the vehicle was taken to Jacksonville and the driver said it was good but I really doubt that. there's no way that light didn't come on for that person so they should've had this taken care of before selling it

The owner manager of the dealership worked very hard to get me the best financing possible for the best car that fit my needs. They even helped me secure insurance right away so I could drive away the same day. I would highly recommend this dealership they do go out of their way to make sure that you are a happy customer so that you will hopefully be a returned customer they were the only used car dealership that posted their prices online so as not to just pull you in and try to sell you a car they wanted you to know what they had in stock what their prices were and they actually sold me a car for less than they had posted by a good amount I can't speak highly enough of everyone I came in contact with at Dothan luxury motors.
