The sales people at cross roads were amazing. I flew in from Chicago and got picked up by there driver and we were at the dealership for no more than 30 minutes. The vehicle was perfect and we even got a full tank of fuel!!! I can't believe how amazing and easy the process was!!!

These guys were awesome to work with. Chase made the process very easy. I purchased my truck from out of state so I wanted to be reasonably sure of what I was committing to before the purchase. He took additional videos of several vehicles I was interested in and was quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend Gowen wholesale. They will be my first call next time I need a truck!

Internet sales rep emailed response 3 x’s stating the dealership would TEXT me while driving. I was hoping and desired to see and probably purchase a vehicle on my trip. The dealership rep finally did 5 days later. His excuse was his text never went through.
