Only issue i had was on way home 4 hrs away service lights came on contacted the sales rep about the issue he said he was gonna talk with someone else and get back at me, never did I went to dodge dealer at home to get it fixed.

Interacting with this dealership was very stressful. My husband and I live 3 hours away from the dealership. We talked to the salesman, Brian, more than once before we arrived asking him about servicing, condition of vehicle, etc. We did a virtual walk through of the vehicle with pictures and videos. We also “confirmed” specifics about the vehicle with him. We had him to call the bank and confirm those same specifics to get ready to close the deal. After we arrived, he disclosed that the trunk was malfunctioning and he had known 3 days before. My husband, popped the hood to inspect and found that there was not a drop of oil in the vehicle. When questioned about it (Brian told us the vehicle had just been serviced and inspected), he then told us that the vehicle had not been serviced or inspected and that is not something that they do. He said that they get them from the auction and just sell them. He never disclosed this to us until after we arrived. We walked away from the deal.

Address ending up being at their repar shop instead of the dealership. Called and got that taken care of. Found the vehicle that I was looking for. A little time consuming purchasing process. It usually is when buying a vehicle. But, in the end finally got the vehicle purchased.

No high-pressure sales techniques, and I really like their owner and staff. There were no hidden fees or last-minute surprises, and the final price was exactly as negotiated. Kind and responsive but did not agree with my offer. Salesman was nice but not convincing me he wanted to make a deal.

It was ok. It's a car lot. The engine lite came on an hour after I drove it off the lot. I called didn't offer to look at it or fix it. So a new caytilitic converter it is. It's the risk you take buying used.
