They sold the vehicle and called to cancel my appointment with them instead of telling the truth about selling the car they lied about it to me and said they had to send the car offsite... Not professional at all they could have just told the truth...

I was told by the salesman Regime that the car I was interested in was a 10 out of 10. Decided to purchase, got loan, added car to insurance and got a one way rental to Raleigh to go get it. After taking the day off work and spending $250 to get there we pulled in to find the car was actually two different colors of gray. It had been wrecked and poorly repaired with the hood and front quarter panel not matching the rest of the car. Needless to say I was unhappy. Test drive the car anyway only to be completely disappointed by a car that was, at best severly out of alignment, at worst had a bent frame. You would think the dealer would be apologetic after wasting my time and money but instead I was told I just didn't know how to handle a high HP audi (lol it has 200 less HP than my ttrs) and the car was fine. It's the cheapest rs3 online, nardo gray, and they've had it for 90 days. But sure it's fine lol. A week later and my refundable deposit has not been refunded. Stay away.

They sales team did call me very promptly after my inquiry, leaving a voicemail message detailing what my next step could be. They were very friendly and helpful within their voicemail message. However at this point I am not for sure if I am still interested in this vehicle. If I choose to pursue this vehicle I will contact them.

I bought a car from them and the car was Was pretty good for the price They are polite and they help explain everything before I come to the dealership they don’t hide stuff from you honest and when you come to the dealership, they take care of you. They don’t push you in a car from them, they make you feel Comfortable
