The car would not start , you had to twist two wires together to make windshield wipers work. The car looked and sounded like it was ready for the salvage yard.

The experience with the Family First team was amazing. No pressure , no pushy salesman and no nonsense. Giving them 3 stars because the issue I had may not have necessarily been their fault. They were somehow replying to me via maybe a CarGurus system, so i was getting weird html coded replies, that I couldn't just email back my responses. They followed up a few times to make sure i was receiving, and i just couldn't figure out how to reply back to them properly.
