Was not taken seriously and received very little dialogue or messaging or willingness to negotiate when trying to purchase a car. They would not or did not return my calls except for one call from a "Sales Manager". Who explained, "Your salesman is not available. The listed price of the car is not negotiable. Do you want to buy it? I do not recommend to shop this Dealership.

They were very helpful. I had made inquiry on the wrong vehicle.

I told the first person to contact me that I was not sure if we would be making the trip to even see the car. A few days later I got an appointment reminder from them for an appointment I did not set. A few days after that I got voicemail and text from the salesman telling me I was rude for not contacting them to let them know I didn’t want the car and I wasted his time. He was very unprofessional for a salesperson trying to contact a potential buyer. I would not recommend this dealer in any way.

I bought the 2023 dodge charger, Travis was amazing and knew everything thing detail to detail ,that guy needs a raise . He was very respectful and does a good job

An unacceptable experience - do not waste your time here. The staff were extremely pushy and disrespectful from my initial call asking about a PPI. It took 6 hours at the dealership, as I was passed off to a finance employee who had been at the company for 3 days, was still in training, and was unsupervised. I was heavily guilted for choosing against an extra $3-5k warranty (that he tried to push for an hour) and told I would have to resign all papers by hand after refusing video recording of the meeting with my baby present. He had almost no answers to my basic questions and had to call for backup every couple of papers. The sales manager was also unaccommodating and on every occasion failed to be transparent in response to my questions. I later found a large scratch in my windshield that wasn’t there when I test drove. There is also evidence of a collision despite a no accident carfax that I didn’t notice sooner. Very very poor ethics.
