Very good experience. The salesman was very nice and informative. Offered another choice at a CR-V from their other dealership. They were not pushy in any was which was nice. We ended up finding a CR-V at another dealership but we have bought from Gunn before and would recommend them!

Alberto was amazing! Such a pleasure to work with him. He was warm, kind, funny, and easy all around. The exact opposite of a used car salesman!! I knew I wanted the car and know I got a great deal as well as a fair price for my trade-in. He also made sure the car was detailed and accommodated my schedule to get it done. Every time I arrived, he was waiting for me outside, rain or shine. First class service!

Overall experience was good.

The coffee hasn't kicked in yet so l'll be direct. That interaction on the lot was not a good experience. The salesman who assisted us was named Chris. My wife and I were deeply disappointed at the lack of accountability of the dealership. We came in on Saturday Jan 3rd to buy a GLB based on the deal we saw posted on their website. Only after test driving and moving to the next phases of the buying process were we informed the advertised 3 year servicing deal that got us in the door- was no longer being offered, even though it was still actively posted on the website. Then we were told if we don't buy the car today the price will go up $2000 tomorrow. These are both underhanded sales tactics that I would not expect from a dealership of this stature.

Great response time

Audi North Park sold me the car above for list plus $500 add on dealer prep with a fair offer of $18 on my 2019 Ram Ltd truck trade in primo shape but w 173K miles. I enquired but they did not disclose what was involved in removing the heavy duty roof rack add on other than that the labor cost for removing it was prohibitive. It is a little noisy and sure to cut into our mileage a bit but we are coming to accept it as part of the car. Unfortunately, they did not charge the battery on the PHEV for a proper test drive but otherwise were quite helpful. Our salesperson, Cristina Mora, must be low on the totem because she was not greatly supported as far as I could see when scrambling for a desk to share in order to sit down with us in a comfortable space to discuss and negotiate such an expensive purchase.
