The dealer was rude, unprofessional and had entirely overpriced the vehicle I inquired about. The vehicle is listed on cargurus as 18.7k, not mentioning that it’s actually 20.7k and the prior price is with a trade in assist. For the condition of the vehicle, based on pictures alone, the vehicle was worth less than the 18.7k. I said how I had a total loss on my car when I was rear ended and that I didn’t have a trade in but was interested in looking at the car for 18.7k. I was told that was fine. I then received a text the day of the appointment urging me to bring my trade in with me to my appointment. When I inquired about their poor memory skills and my totaled vehicle. I was told the lowest they would go without a trade was 19.7k. The car wasn’t worth that much so I cancelled my appointment and the car is still on their lot. ☺️ I am now looking at a 2021 with half the mileage and it is an ultimate, not sel, and I’m going to be giving that dealership about 10k more than I would here.

I was very pleased with my experience over the phone unfortunately the deal that I was trying to accomplish for my friend got kind of screwed up but I don't think that was any part of the dealership's fault I would do business with them again in the future
