Car was sold a long time ago but they still say in stock until I went there and spent 1 hour waiting, left then received a call that car was sold

Hands down the worse experience so far. After long negotiation, we came to a conclusion and I was ready to buy the car. Last minute Adam changed his mind and raised the price of the car. Would never ever do with business with them.

I’ll never deal with those lying people again! They told me the truck was excellent, no problems, no one had purchased it because it didn’t have a sunroof, I drove 104 miles to the dealership to maybe purchase even though the mileage was a little higher than I wanted. When I got in the truck the leather was delaminating from the dashboard very badly, the service manager said he would have the service department check it out and call me later that afternoon. I checked the internet and found out all the 2019 & 2020 Ram Limited trucks had that problem and Chrysler wasn’t doing anything about it. Oh and the manager never called me back that day. Totally unprofessional !!!!!!!

The dealers car was about $6K higher than anything comparable. It definitely had low miles but, it was not worth what they were asking. Moreover they were unhelpful when I asked about the cost of shipping. They had no interest in negotiating or helping me make the transaction work. So I passed.

The dealer made contact the same day I inquired about the cars availability. The next day I went for a test drive. The car was out front and ready to go. The purchasing process was easy. Both the salesperson and financial agent were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be bringing my car here for service.
