I arrange a test drive 2 days ahead of the appointment, got to the dealership, only to find out the vehicle was not cleaned, missing manuals, and only had one key. I drove over 35 miles to see this car and asked the sales person to disclose all issues before I made the appointment….the test drive was fine, but the product preparation failed. $65K product and the dealer can’t take the time to make the vehicle presentable? What a waste of time.

We were there for almost 4 only looked at one vehicle because the one we wanted wasn’t in the lot so we didn’t get to test drive the car we chose. We were told the ceramic coating was free but there was a charge. Due to not being able to see the car during the purchase, we signed all paperwork but after it was delivered we didn’t like the inside of the car. But we had already signed all the paperwork so we got stock with it. I was a salesman so everything that happened during my purchase was backwards. So honestly I’m not really happy with the purchase.
