I texted back-and-forth with a member of the team from the dealership. Explaining in detail that I was only concerned about the out the door price. I was told if I came to the dealership I would not be wasting my time and that we could work out a deal. Only when I got there, it was not an option. Wasting over an hour of my time on an unnecessary drive. The member of this team was deceptive and hoped that I was naïve or vulnerable.

I was trying to purchase online as I don't live in that area. The list price looked real good $53,599, but the out the door price was $59,788 on one quote and $58,979 on another. Then one salesperson said truck had sold, but the next morning I get an email from the dealership asking if I was still interested. I finally called and spoke to someone who said he was the General Manager. I told him I really wanted to buy that truck and he said I'm sure you do with a sassy tone and $0 reduced price so needless to say I'm spending my $55,269 elsewhere.

Will the sales guy was polite and helpful and knew exactly what to do and how to handle things and still gave me a good amount for my trade in which was very old and had a ton of miles on it. Finance was also no problem Crystal knew her stuff and handled everything professional and quick . Great dealer because they not that big but way more friendly and personal then the bigger dealers I liked that location a lot.Also very clean

They had the truck listed on their website so I went with all intentions of buying it if it was a good truck. The truck was parked in the back and wasn’t even ready to sale.so they said to give them a week which I did and called back and the truck still wasn’t ready. 3 weeks went by and a lady called me saying the truck was ready to show so I rode by to find that the truck STILL wasn’t ready. So I went to another dealer in statesville NC and found and bought the exact truck I had been looking for.
