I walked away from the car twice if that tells you anything. It has nothing to do with the car, rather the staff at the dealership (GM, Finance and Service). If you purchase from them: make sure you have plenty of time, double check all numbers/paperwork, and double check that they do what they agree to in service. Great car at a great price but I will be avoiding all dealerships in this group in the future.

They were nice

I visited the dealership with no immediate urgency to purchase a vehicle. I was open to buying if I found something I genuinely liked, but I was not pressured by time or necessity. Unfortunately, my experience with management was disappointing. While the staff were initially friendly, the overall approach became unwelcoming when discussing pricing and add-ons. I was informed that an additional $3,000 “pro package” was required, which includes a security device installed on the vehicle. I was told this feature could potentially lower my insurance premium if disclosed to my insurance company. However, I was not given the option to decline this package, nor was I shown the actual device being installed in the vehicle, which raised concerns for me. The lack of transparency and flexibility made me uncomfortable with the purchase process. As a result, I chose to leave the dealership and will not be returning for future vehicle purchases or services.

Fast response, but car was advertised as "no accidents". Carfax provided indicated two accidents with both minor and moderate damage to three of the car's sides. No further interest in dealing with people who are either untruthful of clueless.

Bought a 2021 Jeep Compass 08/13/2025 told needed extended warranty on vehicle with 42,000 miles after trading in a car I lost $4000 on the deal my car has been in the shop 2x total of about 5-6 weeks with continuation of payments on car told if take off warranty no change in huge car payments I am paying by mgr .Bought new car to have dependable vehicle to go on trips tried trade back in told upside down now $14,000 can't trade it in am 66 years old and don't feel that the loan was done ethically other wise wouldn't have this loan I'm stuck with. Wish I never went to this dealership on that day now I'm stuck with this ElaineC

Talked to salesmen told them I was going to see car with plan to buy filled out application which they said they never received but I have the email that says otherwise drove over 2 hours when I get there I asked to see car and was told it sold the night before complete waste of time and this was on Easter Sunday so I’d warn anyone to be cautious here and don’t believe anything they say just my opinion honestly dont see how they have any customers

The two people Alex and Nora were great! The follow up guy was too pushy for me. He tried to up sale me $1900 for after market wax and $3600 on 30 month 36000 extended warranty. I crossed it off but he would not do it so we walked out after a 2 hour visit. No puchase. They called the next day saying they have a new offer but we did not buy it.
