After providing trade information while attempting to discuss and negotiate with sales representative mid call was told “actually now that I think about it truck has been sold”. It actually hasn’t been sold and is still there they were just unwilling to work on trade values and would rather decline services.

So, I dealt with JJ and Lexi there. I have to say, they have been incredible. Kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond for me. I am from out of town and have health issues currently, so we have been handling everything through text, email and phone. Lexi is on top of her game and keeps me in the loop every step of the way.
