First off, there were too many staff responding to my inquiry and each one was somewhat unaware of the others. Overall, it was a take it or leave it experience. For a vehicle that was on the lot for 160+ days, there wasn't any sense of urgency what they could do to sell me a vehicle. It was, submit an offer and let's see what comes back. I said I was shopping around to get the best deal and the offer/attitude didn't change. As such, looking elsewhere.

1 star Hidden mileage and unnecessary add-on fees I was negotiating on a 2026 Dodge Durango GT demo vehicle at Murray Chrysler Dodge and was never told upfront that the vehicle already had over 2,000 miles on it. That’s a significant detail that directly affects the value of the car, and it was withheld throughout the entire negotiation process. On top of that, they attempted to add on fees and packages that were unnecessary and that I never asked for. When you’re already dealing with a dealer demo that wasn’t disclosed, the last thing you want is to also fight over charges being quietly bundled into the deal. Buyers deserve transparency from the start on mileage, on price, and on what’s actually included. This dealership fell short on all of it. Do your homework before engaging with them and ask detailed questions they should have answered on their own

Great experience! Test drove this beautiful car with my son and of course he wanted to bring it home Previously owned by an employee of the dealership, we were able to discuss the vehicle in great detail. Shane Mcbay helped with making sure the approval and numbers were right us. Would definitely recommend.
