The staff was great until the day after I made the purchase. Tried three different ways to contact the finance department and was unsuccessful. A simple call back would have upped my rating.

I was prepared to purchase the 2024 RAM 2500 Limited Longhorn Mega Cab VIN last 4 3974 until the salesman was not someone I wanted to deal with. On the test drive with him I felt like I was in the driver's Education; the truck has a significant shake, and bounce from alignment and wheels being out of balance. The interior of the truck also has black marks on the leather, dirt and grit in the leather seat cracks, etc..... I also wanted to talk to Mike who handles the aftermarket accessories that can be put on a truck when purchasing it. I asked for a list of possible aftermarket accessories available for the customers and he returned with something that had nothing to do with accessories. So I asked if he could get Mike to come and talk to me about aftermarket accessories since I wanted to add a few to the truck upon purchasing it. I am not the kind of person that appreciates high pressure sales or being told things that obviously there is a lack of knowledge on.
