Well the deal was less than pleasurable. Buying the truck through the internet was almost worse then going into the dealership. The sales person Nick would not respond to emails or texts for long periods of time. And then he would just ignore my questions as if it was putting him out to find the answer to my questions. Although I had a preapproved loan from the credit union which included a check from my credit union I was forced to allow them to finance it through the same credit union. They told me if I used the credit unions check, they would not deliver the truck for 2 weeks. So I had no choice but to let them finance the truck. It took almost 3 weeks for them to send me my contracts which I signed on a zoom call. This is my 5th vehicle I’ve purchased through the internet, I can say this was the worst process I’ve experienced. From the salesmen to the sales manager and above all of them fail to follow through on their commitments. I would not recommend this dealer!

Watch this Dealership they sold me a car on paper signed and all just to come back thee er next day that they can’t finance it with the terms they had promised me.

Neither Jeep we looked at were of the caliber vehicle I would expect to at a new car dealership.

I had to drive to the dealership and cancel my purchase because after 2 weeks I still didn’t get my car. So I got my deposit back and will shop elsewhere

Buyer Beware – 2023 Suburban Premier (VIN 1GNSKFKDXPR378975) If you’re considering this vehicle — especially out of state — don’t. I purchased it 02/18/26 for $45,800 after requesting a transparent walk-around. The salesperson filmed it dirty after rain, wiped one small spot, and stated there were no other scratches, dings, or dents. It arrived in pouring rain. The bill of lading documented 56 exterior marks. There were multiple dents and deep, primer-level scratches nearly three feet long. The dealership offered $300 total, claiming the scratches would “buff out.” Six repair estimates later, the lowest quote to correct some (not all) of the damage was $2,000. I asked to split it. The GM refused, saying there was no money left for them in the deal. They took the vehicle back. I had already sold my car and was left scrambling with rentals, kids, and work. It’s now listed $3,000 less than what I paid. more than it would have cost to resolve this. What a waste of time.
