Spent probably the least possible time at dealership. They verified info on my trade in quickly and it was the same value they gave me with photos and mileage Washed and filled the tank on new car while waiting for the paperwork to catch up. As good as it could be and with pleasant people all around. Offered coffee and water no less than. 10 times by different folks.

They took my deposit, I didn’t follow through with the truck. They’re making me wait for the deposit until Monday I know I’m not getting it Andrew, Arturo, and Kevin are the worst to work with. Horrible experience never going back.

Overall experience was just ok. Customer service in purchasing a vehicle isn’t what it used to be. The sales advisor Patty was super friendly and down to earth and not pushy at all. She did great! The rest of the process left something to be desired compared to previous vehicle purchases elsewhere. The finance manger appeared to be having a bad day or maybe he’s just a serious person, it’s about the service and engagement. The small things paint the big picture…car only had a quarter tank of gas. I asked if it could be filled but I was told no that it’s a it limit of what they can add (makes no sense even half a tank for good will woulda been something. After all it is a pretty big purchase). The vehicle wasn’t cleaned before turning it over to me. There were belongings and trash from the previous owner inside the center counsel and no car wash done either. I was told the car would be parked on the side which it was, silly thing to pick at but no pictures with new car was offered.
