Was told false information from sales. The communication between sales and management was not good. I was told a car was available and called to inquire a price, he then got in touch with sales manager and called me back and gave me a price. We then set up a time to meet with the sales rep and when we showed up he told us it was unfortunate but that exact vehicle had sold earlier that day in the morning!! How do you not know that the car sold especially after inquiring about the price since it wasn't listed online. It was frustrating and then tried to bring up how he had brand new ones on the lot for $20k over our budget.. I was really upset, then tried to shoot the breeze with my husband and I after we drove all the way there. I was not happy.
