On Cargurus the advertised price from Reliable Chevrolet was $65,949 and when the dealership contacted me the price was $69,199 or $3250 dollars higher. When I asked why, I was told" that as with any dealership the prices change daily." Didn't have that problem with the last two vehicles located and bought on Carurus. So, makes me not trust them. I buy elsewhere.

Bad experience. Have been watching the vehicle for at least a week until I could come look at it. Made an appointment and went for a test drive. I was told it would be a week so that they could go over everything. I thought that would already be done before even offering it for sale. I was told the it would be detailed and fluids changed and I said wasn’t that just recently done according to the maintenance records? I didn’t have an ideal trade but I bought it at Huffines and it ran fine but a/c went out and didn’t expect top dollar but it was worth the payoff. There was constant going back and forth next door. When I told them I wasn’t comfortable with the deal because I didn’t think they offered me enough for my trade and why would it take a week before I could take the new car home then they had it in the back getting it ready but I was uneasy like they had to fix something. I had to ask for my key back more than once and left. Then the sent texts agreeing to my terms but I left.

We appreciated Anthony’s help in getting some pointers and advice about EVs from his colleagues that have experience with driving them. We were a bit apprehensive about going with a full EV, no hybrid. Getting the opinions of others who have navigated charging stations etc. was helpful in our decision making. We did spend about five hours at the dealership which did seem long and drawn out. Overall so far we would say the experience was positive and we love the look and feel of the Blazer while we are still learning and adjusting to the EV experience.

Louis and the management at Jupiter were very helpful and considerate. Louis helped us figure out our issues with entertainment console. Jupiter Chev. has enough departments to cover every aspect of auto repair, body work, etc. We'd certainly return to them for future automobile purchases.

I gave the dealership an opportunity to remedy the issue before this post. The worst experience I have had in purchasing a car in the 40 yrs. The financing and personnel responsible for financing were as dishonest and unethical as I have ever seen in this business. We would verbally agree on something and then they would change it, whether it be specifically about an interest rate or an extra perk for purchasing from them etc, the finance person nor the finance manager even knew about the program that Chevrolet offers to their certified preowned vehicles of 12 month 12,000 mile bumper-to-bumper limit warranty. Once I showed them on the Internet that their dealership did have it they were still confused as if they’ve never heard about it. I was told as I started to leave for the third time that they would throw in a 3/36 bumper-to-bumper if I purchased. I did purchase but HATED the dishonest tactics. I was still charged for the warranty haha and didn’t notice until I reviewed later.

I have communicated with 6 different people at the dealership and all 6 people have given me a different price for the Jeep. Bad communication and unable to make a deal.

I was initially contacted by them..send them Pictures of my trade, also asked for final price including fees and taxes …they never responded back..I took my business elsewhere
