I inquired and asked specifically if the vehicle had any damage and was sent a video pointing out one small ding on the back left side. I specifically asked if there was any odors specifically cigarette smoke and told there were no smells. We made the hour drive to make the purchase after agreeing upon the terms. When the vehicle was pulled around it had very obvious damage all around including a front fender piece that was sticking out and appeared to have been glued down. We were going to test drive just to see if the damage could be negotiated and the smell of smoke was so overwhelming I had to get out. This dealership will lie to you just to get you in. A complete waste of my time as well as vehicle mileage and gas.

communication was difficult. I'd ask for one thing and they would propose another and never addressing what I required in a truck. I got tired of the upsale/diversion. Bought a brand new Chevy in Bradenton, Fl. instead. Why, because they listened to what I wanted.

The car need 3 major things addressed before purchasing. Talked back and forth about the issues on Tuesday. Talked many times about the issues. Car had to have the rear wing redone, had a dent in the front hood and PPF on hood was rip because of dent. Car also did not have a charger. I have a WE OWE from the dealership signed and everything. When I went to pick the vehicle up on Friday still did not have the charger and the PPF was not fixed. Sales Manager stated that the charger was on the way, I live about 1.5 hours from he dealership and they were not fixing the PPF. I said well I have a WE OWE that states you guys were fixing the PPF, the sales manager said I down care about that we will go in and rip up all the paper work and you don't have to buy the car. The deal was done car was already registered in my name, credit ran and signed. I have never in my life heard of a dealership doing that. I will never buy a vehicle from them again.
