Disappointing handling of an agreed vehicle purchase I contacted Connor Klopfenstein and we reached a verbal agreement for me to purchase the vehicle. I was not told that an immediate deposit was required, that the Corvette would remain available to other buyers, or that another customer was attempting to purchase it. I emailed Connor to confirm my continued interest. Later, he informed me that another customer had purchased the car through another salesperson. This experience left me questioning the dealership’s communication and internal sales procedures. Customers should be clearly informed when a deposit is required and whether a vehicle remains available after an agreement is reached.

Very Easy to work with purchased the truck on-line and they Arranged delivery to me. Zach in Sales was great to work with And Chase in finance was great as well. I had no hesitation on Purchasing from these two on-line. On the plus side for me was I knew what I wanted and the truck was priced 5 grand Less than I could purchase it anywhere else I had looked. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMENDED THESE GUYS
