This was a very pleasant experience with Koons White Marsh Chevrolet. They responded in a timely manner and where there with me step by step throughout the process of my purchase. When other places decided to give me the runaround, they were direct and forthright with me. My salesperson, Mac, was very friendly and welcoming. The finance manager, Jason, was great as well. My experience was disappointing. The dealership has deceptive practices and the car needs repairs that they assured me would be taken care of only for them not to honor their word and claim to have told me that they couldn't complete all needed repairs. I would advise against purchasing from this dealership.
