Price was $4000 more than advertised price. It is a Chevrolet dealer but they couldn't confirm the CARB state warranty of 10 years 150000. After about 15 minutes I walked away. The salesman didn't really want to sell a vehicle.

Called and made an apt to test drive. After driving an hour and a half arrived only to find the Jeep was in the shop and not available for a test drive

they made it super easy my wife and i were comjng from northern sonoma county and they had everything set up to sign and go no long wait in awkward silence while they wait for banks to get back to them thank you everyone especially Carlos

Here's a draft for your review: --- I had an incredibly frustrating experience while trying to buy a 2026 Chevy 2500. The communication was absolutely terrible. I reached out multiple times, hoping to negotiate a great deal, but my efforts were met with silence and vague responses. It felt like my inquiries were not taken seriously at all. I expected better customer service, especially when making a significant purchase like this. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed and questioning whether I should continue my search here. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

I cannot express enough, how utterly appalled I am by the experience at Novato Chevrolet from the moment I signed the contract they slipped in unwanted, add-ons things. I never agreed to which I discovered only the next day. When I tried to get them to refund these add-ons they not only refused. They threatened me saying that if I brought it up again, they wouldn’t refund anything. After a long exhausting fight I only managed to get them to refund about half yet. I’m still stuck with $1800 worth of useless add-ons. I never wanted now rolled into a loan I’ll be paying for years. One of their employees told me that if I financed with GM add-ons would have been included ,something they hid from third- party platforms like CARGURUS! which I trust highly however what this employee told me is immoral at best. if you value transparency, respect, and professionalism stay as far away from this dealership as possible especially sales management.

We purchase the truck for the asking price and had to return it the next day due to a failed torque converter that was immediately noted during freeway speeds. We returned the truck and they will be making the repair.
