Very good buying experience

Great dealership, very professional and friendly staff.

We drove all the way to Kirkland from Yakima to see the truck that I had talked to salesman about the afternoon before. We arrived and waited to see him as he was on a call. We went out side to walk around. He came out later and told us that someone had put a deposit on it later in the day that I had called. WE did not get a call to inform us before we went. He said it wasn't a done deal yet. The person was to come in to finalize the deal. He then said we could wait,it may not go through. So we walked around the Toyota lot next door to kill a lot of time. We found a Toyota that we liked and were in the process of buying it when your sales man called to say that the Nissan had sold, but in the process the truck was in a fender bender. We are happy with the truck we did get, but not get with you.

We may have ordered a Suburban, but has not been confirmed by GM. Dealership has yet to confirm a price. Price will have a bearing on whether or not we purchase from them.

My wife and 1, including our 4 year old had a smooth purchase experience on our 2022 infiniti Zach is a professional that gave us all the information we needed to make a decision without pressure. Ok, salesman was fine. Sales manager over the weekend; dismissive and arrogant, literally told me "I didn't call you over, you can go sit down over there". I try was attempting to hand the salesman my insurance information. The finance team was good. I won't go back due to the sales manager, he was a jerk and unfriendly.
