You guys have ZERO communication within your system and withing your staff. I have been repeatedly contacted by email, phone, rtc. After never recieving the answers to the first initial questions I had but I have had 83 ppl call me after expressing that I was not buying a car and nor were my questions answered. Literally have a text from the manager from days ago apologizing and you guys keep contacting me like we never spoke. Over it. Wouldn't buy a car there if YOU paid me. Stop contacting me over and over.

I contacted them in regards to the 2005 Colorado on Saturday, was told they would contact me Monday morning when they opened, they contacted me at 9:00 am on Monday, they told me they were getting the numbers ready and they would call me back shortly, never heard back, I called twice and left messages to call me back, they never did, I sent emails and even left a voice mail and nothing, I finally received a couple of days later a video about the dealership I responded to it and he said they other people show up wanting to buy it, I thought, based on what the lady told me Monday I was the person who they were working with, I feel lied to, was told things that were not true, betrayed, I have NEVER been treated so badly in my 50 plus years of buying cars, my opinion is they are a bunch of low life's with no morals.
