Great vehicle great staff.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Brianna S She was super friendly and knowledgeable especially since we found out she has only been with the dealership going on a year. She worked with us and what found exactly what fit all of my needs. I would highly recommend this place to others, and ask for Brianna S she's amazing.

Sales rep was very, very nice. Finance director, whom I never met, told the salesperson they keep several cars on the lot that are "cash only." This vehicle had to be cash, credit card or cashiers check. It would have been helpful to know this before driving 18 miles to get there. I took that to mean they don't do sub prime lending. Very disappointed. Was approved at another dealership for a car in minutes.

Nice transaction only issue is they don't accept credit cards on as is vehicles but would highly recommend

The car we wanted got sold the day before but the staff was very polite and passionate in wanting to find us another suitable vehicle.

Salesperson was quick to respond, informative but not pushy.

I received an email about the car we were interested in and it was available but by the time we got over later the same day they sold it already. We spoke with the sales office and they will keep an eye out for another vehicle I may be interested in.

Well they definitely will respond, but it’s overkill. I’ve had at least 7 different people, if not more, reach out to me via phone, voicemail, text, & email. The final straw for me was asking an employee about the interior of the vehicle & she wouldn’t answer & was insistent that I make an appointment to come see the vehicle. I understand that. But my situation was that I would have to Uber there & the dealership is about 30 miles away, so I couldn’t commit to an appointment right then & there. She was very pushy throwing out different appointment days & times & got frustrated with me not yet committing to an appointment, & she ended the call abruptly. Not cool at all. Received a generated text from the sales manager I believe the day after this call. I responded with what happened & to please stop all communications…& no surprise…I’m still being contacted. They need to keep better track of who is contacting leads. I wish them all well as they do appear to be desperate for business.
