Absolutely unprofessional and untimely. Communication was extremely poor, and they failed to respond in a reasonable timeframe. There also seemed to be a lack of understanding and experience with export procedures. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

This dealer isn’t transparent with their dealer fees. I drove the car and it has a shake and hum on it coming from the transmission. I pointed it out to the dealer and even then they still wouldn’t negotiate the price, they insisted in adding $5500 in dealer fees on top of the price online. With my perfect credit score and multiple options to buy i walked away from this Jeep Grand cherokee L 2021. The dealer wasn’t willing to negotiate a better rate despite them noticing the shake in the car as well.
