I saw the truck online. 1 hazy pic of the front and side. It had make model trim price and dealership. It was after hours, so I chatted with their AI bot. It couldn't tell me anything. Eventually a sales person called during business hours. They were friendly and tried to be helpful. I can't remember if they posted equipment on the listing or sent me a list. They said that it was in the shop with a starter issue. That they could get more pics when it was out of the shop. I checked a couple of days later. They said they still hadn't heard anything. So the other day I got a text from their AI bot, wanting to know if I had any questions or there was anything they could help me with. I have already bought a beautiful ZR2 less mileage, cheaper and only 100 miles from home. So out of curiosity, I checked their website. It's not even listed anymore. If they found a major problem or something. Stuff happens, just let me know. When I knew what I was buying, I let everyone else know.

I spoke with Shawn on this vehicle through phone calls and texts. We talked about the vehicle and price of $4995.00. We drove 4 hours (which he knew this) and they had the price $300 more than listed on car gurus. They said that it was not their mistake but would honor it. Then during the paperwork process he quoted the price at $7,700.00. He said that they had to put brakes on it. Hidden fees - this should of been disclosed and saved us a wasted 4 hr trip. I will discourage anyone from doing business with this dishonest dealership.

When inquiring about the vehicle from app. the sales manager was quick to respond & kept in touch while getting information that wasn't on the CG app. The environment was low pressure at the dealership. Salesman wasn't trying to push me to buy or to hurry up while I was inspecting the truck.

This place was on the verge of harassment in bad way I spoke to some the night I acquired about a truck and explained i was heading out of town emergency on FAMILY business talk to her when I get back. For 3 day's had told six different salesperson I was taken care of they kept calling me and it was hard trying to take care of family emergency when phone going off left an right plus sales manger try to tell me the person I spoke too was not at that dealership which is odd he didn't know his own people and I even sent him notice I would not be using Pegasus to buy my truck and they still two times today try to sell me a vehicle

They never responded and didn't follow up on the appointment I made on their website.

My experience was excellent! I walked in knowing exactly what vehicle I was interested in and the salesman was very direct and helpful. I was unable to leave with newly purchased vehicle because, I drove a vehicle there. The salesman made arrangements at no additional cost to me, to have the vehicle delivered to my home residence some one hundred fifty miles away. This was very happy with the transaction after all, I drove one fifty miles to that dealership and left completely satisfied.

Best experience
