I made an appointment through the sales manager to see a car for Monday, July 1st. I also had contracted for an independent inspection of the vehicle that day. It was a 200 mile + trip so I booked a motel. Got a call today that the car had gone to auction. WTF, what kind of shot show are they running. I was advised car had major frame rusting away and couldn’t pass Vermont inspection. Why would they even try to sell this car ? Stay away from this dealership if at all possible.

The process was mostly smooth. They were extremely unprepared for the paperwork. It was almost as if they had never done it before. They also told me over the phone when they saw my vehicle we could renegotiate the trade-in price, and that never happened.
