Excellent service and fast response

Purchasing this vehicle from Tracy Chevrolet was the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful, but not pushy. They made sure I clearly understood each step of the process. They didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t want or need. They let me decide what i wanted and didn’t try to pressure me into the purchase. The whole experience was transparent, clear and upfront with no surprises. The transaction was very fair and I had no regrets whatsoever after the purchase.

The dealer got back to me right away. I had some issues with the vehicle so I didn't buy it but the car salesman was good.

We purchase the truck for the asking price and had to return it the next day due to a failed torque converter that was immediately noted during freeway speeds. We returned the truck and they will be making the repair.

Horrible communication. We asked about the vehicle and they sent pics quickly. But said it was getting detailed so it would be a few days… so we waited… couple more days DJ said it is in Toyotas hands because they are waiting for a part to fix a sensor on the vehicle… we waited and waited and over a week and heard nothing or he said still waiting for a “part” to come in. My last inquiry about it DJ said still waiting for this part. Next morning I get an email from car gurus car sold. I texted DJ asking about it and he stopped replying to me. We were ready to make a long drive as soon as it was available and we were waiting and waiting. Horrible customer service. No wonder this dealership is rated so low
