The staff members at Auto Gallery Chevrolet GMC were very quick to respond to my email inquiries. The vehicle I was interested in was no longer available, but their communication was positively consistent. They were willing to follow up with me several times to see if they had any vehicles that might suit my situation.

I live in Alabama and the initial communication with the dealership when making my appointment was amazing. They kept in contact with me via text email and phone calls. Once I arrived at the dealership my experience was quite different. To make a long story short the salesman Peter was very off putting, short and unwilling to work with me although I had my own financing. The hidden fees were ridiculous and when we called him on it, he basically insulted my intelligence. As a very educated person I can add and subtract well. As a consumer it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in the 40 years I have been purchasing vehicles. Now I understand why the particular vehicle I was interested in has been there for 204 days. Please beware. I’m not sure if this is the dealerships culture or just Peter but which ever it is. It’s unacceptable.

My salesman told me I was approved for the trip then when I got to the dealership, he told me I was $600 shy from being approved by finance. so then he pulled around a Kia Sorrento that was used had a baby bottle under the seat. It was terribly filthy and he wanted me to put my $4000 down on. It tried to talk me into it like it was in comparison to what I picked out. It was horribly not my style that he didn’t even have another car for me to choose from if I was $600 shy according to finance he wouldn’t even ask me did I have any other income I could add to make up for the 600 in which I did and could have presented verifiable money that I had coming in so I can get the truck that I wanted that he felt more comfortable, letting me leave empty-handed.

From speaking with the scheduling team (Marty), to purchasing the car we needed with Kourtney, we had a great experience at Mike Bell Chevrolet dealership! I highly recommend them for their customer service, knowledge, and affordability! Totally worth the drive to Carrollton, GA!

I called to check on the availability of the S-10 and the sales lady said the truck was still there and ready. I get there 30 minutes later and the same sales lady I talked with earlier said the truck had sold. Then she tried to sell me a higher price vehicle nothing like I wanted. Tired of these bait & switch tricks.

Buyer Beware!! I found a car I was interested in on Car Guru. The car was at ALM Chevy South in Union City GA. I am located in SC and was buying the car remotely to be shipped to Mass. No issue with price of the car but the process and communication was terrible. Random communication from 6 different people, no one owning the process, incorrect numbers, no communication between sales and the business people regarding the transaction, paid for the car including shipping and it was still sitting at the dealership a week later after multiple conversations with them every day. Still do not have accurate paperwork reflecting the agreed upon deal. They wanted me to sign incorrect paperwork and they would refund the difference. I don't operate that way. I should have checked BBB, when I finally did ALM Chevy South has an F rating and 25 unanswered claims against them. Worst case something is not right with this dealership, best case they are inept.

JR was straight up about a used truck, only dealer I talked to on my search that didn't make me wanna pull my hair out.
