Second time buying a cat from them. Scott Bishop was very helpful in getting me the best price from my trade in. As always, Hugo made the signing process easy and that I understood everything being signed

Salesman was laid back and easy to communicate with. The sales manager, however, was impossible to work with. He kept pulling numbers out of thin air and trying to act like my wife and I were idiots when we got lost in his poor explanations. We decided to step out once he repeatedly told us “its simple math” when I asked him to explain one of the several additional fees. When we were standing up, he *told* us to sit down, instead of just politely asking. According to the sales manager, all of their vehicles have a pre-applied “protection package” totalling up to $900 that they swear they can’t remove. Also, beware the significant price differences between what they post online and what the actual prices are. The truck posting online was $1,800 cheaper than what the actual price was. When confronted, the salesman said that “they can’t control that number online; it’s up to the website” which has got to be the goofiest lie I’ve heard from a salesman ever.

Tried to sell me a flooded car. Luckily I took it to my mechanic who revealed the rust inside and out all over. Do not trust this dealership.

They were great to work with. I would definitely recommend them. I purchased a 2026 Tahoe and actually received a call from the sales manager after I submitted an inquiry online. Several other dealerships I reached out to did not take the time to call me back. They had a lot of product knowledge and did not rush me through the sales process.
