Louis and the management at Jupiter were very helpful and considerate. Louis helped us figure out our issues with entertainment console. Jupiter Chev. has enough departments to cover every aspect of auto repair, body work, etc. We'd certainly return to them for future automobile purchases.

Typical stealership experience. Passed from salesman to salesman then pressed by a sales manager to buy even after stating I wasn’t purchasing until the vehicle had gone through their service department.

I have communicated with 6 different people at the dealership and all 6 people have given me a different price for the Jeep. Bad communication and unable to make a deal.

The breaks and the rotors was was no good. We had to pay $800.00 for repairs.

We appreciated Anthony’s help in getting some pointers and advice about EVs from his colleagues that have experience with driving them. We were a bit apprehensive about going with a full EV, no hybrid. Getting the opinions of others who have navigated charging stations etc. was helpful in our decision making. We did spend about five hours at the dealership which did seem long and drawn out. Overall so far we would say the experience was positive and we love the look and feel of the Blazer while we are still learning and adjusting to the EV experience.

We were told the vehicle we purchased was a certified preowned vehicle, which you would assume would have no defects other than possibly minor interior wear. We purchased the preowned vehicle later in the day and did not notice until the next day that there was a substantial dent in the back right fender. We also noticed a few days after purchasing that the washer fluid reservoir was empty. We were told when purchasing the vehicle that it was tested, fluids changed, brake pads inspected but now I am beginning to think someone traded in our vehicle and all the dealership did was wash it. Finance team was great. Let me also add we were there to buy a vehicle that would better fit our three children that are under 8 years old. We are disappointed with the response we have gotten from Stonebriar Chevrolet.
