The salesman created a personalized video showing me the truck. I was in contact throughout the course of 2-3 days until I was able to see the truck in person. The truck was as nice in person as what the photos showed in the listing. Kris had the truck out front ready for my test drive. I ended up purchasing the truck and was very impressed with Kris at Kelley Chevrolet. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the truck and the dealership. I would definitely recommend Kelley Chevrolet in Fort Wayne.

I had an amazing experience buying this 2019 Honda Fit at Ben Davis in Auburn. Leon Watkins was my salesperson and I recommend him very highly. He is NOT high pressure, is very friendly and has good communication skills. He helps you every step along the way and is very detail-oriented so when the time comes to sign, you know exactly what to expect. It was a five-star experience all the way around with Leon and Ben Davis. I couldn't ask for anything more. They paid FAR more for my trade than any other dealer was willing to pay which was just icing on the cake.

Sales associate, Landon, was wonderful and very responsive to all of my messages and questions regarding this vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership he had the vehicle pulled up front and waiting for us to test drive. Landon and the sales manager were both incredibly courteous and professional. After deciding this wasn’t the vehicle for me and inquiring about other possibilities, Landon quickly came up with a vehicle that I actually really liked. Unfortunately, this beautiful vehicle didn’t have everything that checked all the boxes on my list. If the Tom Kelly group of dealerships gets in what I’m looking for I’ll be more than happy to go back and do business with them based on their treatment of us while we were there. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I didn’t leave in a new (to me) ride this time.
