This is the best experience that I had at Chesrown GMC from the time I entered the door to the time I left with my vehicle. Nate, Tom, Nic, Bill, Ryan, and SMASH aka Mike. They were all very very personable and I truly enjoyed talking to each and every one of them they treated me and worked with me. Nic did a fantastic job of explaining all the warranties. I have negotiating with them for a week due to my indecisive nature and they have been great to deal with regardless if it’s the sales manager or person. Requested pictures and information on the car and I received a message that I would have it all by the next day. Then I didn't hear anything for 5days and the lady told me sorry it's gone. Then 3 days later I get a message asking if I received all the information from the car and pictures. I said no I received a message 3 days prior after no response for four days that the car sold. She replied with no it did not and at that point I said I'm not interested in any vehicle from your dealership. It seems as if no one there communicates. Very sad
