I was comfortable as soon as I walked in. Communication before I arrived was prompt and informative. The staff was professional, helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used car. Hopefully I can recommend them for a new car in the future.

The dealer responded almost immediately to my request for information. They were informative and knowledgeable about the product, but unfortunately, I did not go to their shop. I would recommend them to friends.

Our experience with Jeff Schmitt was negative and poorly coordinated. It began with deceptive A.I. emails that posed as a real salesperson (no disclosure it was A.I.). Lack of a real person coordinating viewing of 2 cars on 2 different lots forced us to spend hours playing catch-up when we arrived. I was assured the vehicles would be ready, clean, and parked at the front. Instead, the first vehicle was dirty, still in the lot and the salesman didn't even know why we were there. When we arrived at the 2nd location, staff appeared unaware of why we were there or that we had been sent from the first dealership, causing further delays. The wasted time created pressure as it was now the end of the day. When a simple tire pressure monitoring issue arose, the service department had already closed. I arrived fully intending to buy at near the listed price but left without buying due to feeling deceived, time pressure, and overall uneasiness. A salesman was really nice & helpful at the 1st lot.

I felt like the people the staff over there is disrespectful. I went there the way they communicated to me. I felt very bad. I felt very low. I don’t want to buy car with them. The way of communication is completely disrespectful and treating people low not sure based on the origin of the country or discrimination. Somehow, I don’t feel like equality in the dealership.

Spent no time c with dealer because I was not contacted by them. I can't rate what doesn't present itself. Someone dropped the ball. There are other dealers.
