I had a great experience this this dealership. John was extremely helpful, answering all my online questions. At the dealership, he was courteous and helpful. The car was all set to go, with a full tank of gas. Finace was polite and not pushy. They explained the extended warranty and it bennefits. I'd drive from western Kentucky to their dealership again to buy a car.

Immediately after I expressed interest I was initially inundated with texts and email about this truck. I asked for out the door pricing and shared to possibility of trading my current vehicle. I am 1.5 to 2 hours away from this dealer so I shared pictures and information via text. A week ago, on Friday. The dealership had been told I was ready to come that weekend to look at and purchase the truck. I have not heard from Ronnie since last Friday. The lack of communication is very off putting. As good as the deal was that was posted I won't be giving my business to Bellamy Strickland Chevrolet, which is very disappointing.

I called to check on the availability of the S-10 and the sales lady said the truck was still there and ready. I get there 30 minutes later and the same sales lady I talked with earlier said the truck had sold. Then she tried to sell me a higher price vehicle nothing like I wanted. Tired of these bait & switch tricks.
