communication was difficult. I'd ask for one thing and they would propose another and never addressing what I required in a truck. I got tired of the upsale/diversion. Bought a brand new Chevy in Bradenton, Fl. instead. Why, because they listened to what I wanted.

I do not recommend doing any type of business with this dealership. I purchased a truck from this dealership in April 2026 and the detail shop chipped the paint on 2 different areas removing the protective coating. The manager Tom acknowledged it was the fault of the detail shop and would remedy the situation. Nothing has been done to fix the situation after a month. Typical shady business from a dealership. As soon as you sign the papers, you are nonexistent to them.

Dante was an absolute pro. Wesley Chapel Chevrolet was the best car buying experience i have had by far. The salesman, told me the price, what my payments would be... and there was no BS. It was exactly what he said it would be, no back and forth with the sales manager. Just a clean cut deal. They did have an issue with the truck i was initially gonna buy, but they had a nearly identical truck on the lot and they swapped it out for me no hassle. The finance team was great, the price was transparent. I would happily drive 2 hours to this dealership in the future to work with the team again.
