Bought this 2019 Toyota Tundra last week from Bubba Alvarez at Finnegan's dealership in Rosenberg. It's a great truck and got it at a great price! Horrible experience, showed up from Brenham (2 hour drive to Houston) just for them to tell me the truck is at the “auction” and all these things were wrong with it like the suspension and transmission. And the guy that told me to show up wasn’t even there. I would rate it better than the three star but that experience was horrible. Only good thing out of that place is Matt Lopez, real solid guy and helped me find my dream truck, I would recommend going in and asking for him specifically, he’ll hook you up.

The sales person Kumi (I hope the spelling of his name is right) was great and so was the finance guy. The banks wanted too much from me and I got denied and that's why there was no purchase. They tried and really wanted to get me into the vehicle I wanted, but there was no success. Other than that, the crew were great.
