Dealer was not prepared when I arrived, but was friendly, definitely could have improved with more organization, I would have test driven more cars but again, disorganized visit, dealer under construction

They told me the car was in the shop, never called me back

I called and asked to see a specific car. I then call the day i’m suppose to come in to just push the time back an hour, I get to this dealership and they told me they sold this car 5 days ago. Not once was it mentioned to me on the phone ( it was the same guy who i talked to on the phone as the one who was showing me cars) and their excuse was because i said that I could possibly be open to other options so they took that as in “oh it’s okay because she would want other cars”. No. I specifically said i wanted that car and to see it because it’s my top choice. It was never mentioned that the car was sold , I would’ve have drove 40 minutes to see it. After that the dealership had around 3 other options for me to look at with my constraints and one looked like it had been in a accident , when I asked about it he said he doesn’t know anything about the scratches and dent. So the accident came from my imagination ? Overall very disappointed with my experience there. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

There was no other option, and the place was very understaffed on the side of the road. I was expecting a dealership however it was a rundown used car lot. They do not offer any financing options and the condition of the vehicle was not marked appropriately that was damaged that was not advertised. I did end up buying the vehicle, but they sold as is did not offer any financing options. It did not come with a spare key. They also left the car on empty as well as as needed an oil change I have to put in more money in order to fix it up to the way it needs to be..

Very respectable and trust worthy, and they do negotiate to work with you not against you and I was able walk out with a new vehicle fairly priced

Abdul was great to deal with, although I didnt purchase a vehicle from them. I couldnt sell my truck before making the purchase, I would definitely use them in the future if/when the right vehicle comes around again.
