Great Dealer!!!

It’s wasent great at all we drove the car home to Rochester and that was 5 hours when I got up to go to an appointment the car didn’t start . Dealer did not answer when I was calling . Called from different number to let him know about it ! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

I appreciated how honest and straightforward everyone was, which made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

Worst car sales experience I've had ever. Salesman was useless and had no idea what the process was for selling a car. Extremely lazy and was difficult to get responses from. Sales manager was rude and couldn't have cared less if I purchased a car or not. Then in the end, the car was delivered with scratches on it that even the salesman didn't recall being there. Not that they'd do anything about it.... If it weren't for the fact that they had the exact used car that I was after and not many others were available on the market, I would NEVER have given them a dime.

Went to see the car. Warning light came on for the park brake. Never drove it. They never got back to me, saw that the car was sold.

Their communication was good and timely, however I ultimately bought elsewhere when their price point didn't seem to be very flexible or they weren't motivated enough to move on price.

Although they were very nice when we got there, took time with us and seemed like nice people, the most important thing to me was finding a specific car that I was told they had in stock, that was not true. They definitely did not have that car in spite of confirming that I should come out to look at it. Drove a hour. They actually still show it as available weeks later. It felt like a bait and switch to me and I was not happy. 3 stars because they did try to help me find the vehicle elsewhere.
