Bad experience dealing with sales and their manager! They only care if you’re trying to buy without questioning anything. Don’t waste your time here unless you’re ready blind buy a vehicle. I asked a very simple question, “what is the out the door price?”. They kept avoiding the question trying to get me to go in to the dealership. After a while the manager just said “I will see what I can workout for you” and never contacted me again.

We scheduled to come look at it; when we got there the next day that salesman was off, but another knew we were coming; then was told they don't know anything about this car and that it must have been confused with another one. I told them that's not possible because it was identified by the VIN and he even sent me pictures. They did have this car, but it was in the back, had not been inspected (I was told it was at that it was certified used) or cleaned yet. It was still filled with the previous owner's stuff that they left in it and if was filthy. They also could not find the keys for it. They said the technician must have them but he was off too. Despite ALL of that, we agreed if they cleared it by inspection and gets an outstanding detailing, we will purchase it and they will deliver it to us (2 hours away) for no additional charges. It was delivered much cleaner but still the detailers did a half ass job. If I'd paid extra for detailing like they said, I'd be asking for a refund.
