Wanted to buy this car but told them I lived out of state that I would have to fly or drive to the location to purchase, after I mentioned that they would take hours to respond about getting paperwork to me. Seemed like too much of a hassle for them, Then ended up selling the car few days later.

Car arrived in AZ as scheduled...however there was damage that was not disclosed Damage to front drivers side fender, damage to rear bumper, damage to drivers inside door and passenger side front fender

Marion talked about himself the whole time and did not acknowledge our concerns about the jeep until my husband drove it and felt the death wobble. Also blamed the service department for the check engine light being on. Showed us two other jeeps that were well out of our price range because he didn’t know what they were listed at. Talked to his manager and showed us a delivery that had just come in. Didn’t even realize that it was manual transmission. Overall it was a terrible experience. It’s better to just to own up to your ignorance.

What a great experience! We have a busy 9 month old and with the loung area and couches it was a blessing and all the staff around where helpful and keeping us informed as to what was happening. I would purchase from here again and recommend it to anyone looking!

Cameron and the sales team were great to work with. They made it very easy to complete the sale mostly online and over the phone. The one thing that I find beyond frustrating (which I understand is becoming standard practice these days) is the inclusion of a GPS tracker in the sale that you are forced to pay for. The vehicle I bought already comes with GPS through Ford via the app, so I asked them to remove it from the sale, however, they refused. $500 for an add-on that I didnt want, nor was able to decline, seems a bit ridiculous as it should be up to the customer to choose. Per Ikon's website, "The Ikon connected car platform offers an increase in revenue per vehicle sale. Smart Marketing generates additional revenue through personalized branded marketing campaigns increasing customer engagement, top-of-mind awareness, along with customer loyalty." $500 to be tracked and marketed to for dealerships to increase revenue? Ill pass. Disconnected the product and tossed it in the trash.
